ToF camera power consumption is mainly distributed in the photosensitive chip and the light source, the light source is the VCSEL. The luminous intensity of the VCSEL is closely related to the measurement distance and measurement accuracy. ToF camera transmits a modulated signal through the VCSEL, which reflects when it encounters the measured scene, and is received by the ToF sensor to achieve depth data acquisition. When AR glasses are used in a relatively small space, the range of sensing scenes is limited, and when the distance and accuracy of the ToF measurement scene do not fluctuate greatly, the driving current can be lowered, the VCSEL luminous intensity can be reduced, and the power consumption can be reduced.
